Care Specialist – Hybrid Care & Office Role

Location: Bournemouth
Salary: from £28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, including every other weekend
Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Specialist to join a small, growing home care provider in Bournemouth.

This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional who wants to develop their career, take on greater responsibility and work within a supportive team where their contribution genuinely matters.

Initially, the role will be approximately 80% field-based and 20% office-based. You will provide care to clients, carry out visits and support the wider care team, while gradually developing your knowledge of the business and taking on more office-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
• Carrying out care visits and monitoring service quality
• Supporting and overseeing care staff
• Assisting with assessments and care plan reviews
• Supporting the management team with care-related administration
• Building positive relationships with clients, families and staff
• Ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained
• Participating in an on-call rota, sharing on-call responsibilities with other members of the team
• Taking on increasing responsibility as you develop within the business
